Picture
Unbelievably spectacular jap maple I saw yesterday.
Picture
Classily perfect big dwarf Japanese maple I’ve had for years, it has a musical Japanese name... Soto-no-uto or something like that.
Picture
‘Seiryu’ Japanese maple, the only cutleaf upright maple that I know of, transitioning from green to leafless, a process that takes two months.
Picture
Acer griseum, the number one best maple there is (which of your children do you love the most?).
Picture
Unknown cultivar expressing the natural essence of “cloud layering,” an ancient bonsai pruning technique.
Picture
Picture
Acer emperor 1, the number one best red upright being backlit by the sun on its way to someone’s house.
Picture
Acer jap. ‘Katsura,’ the coolest tree on our property. Extremely rare.
