Harvested last night...

... for the first time in way too long!!! Yesterday's priority took a back seat to surfing during the past month. Weeds, lost crops, neglected food. What a waste!

Surfing just is a higher priority for me!!! That's what happens to gardens, something comes along and the garden slides down to the bottom of the list of priorities. Whatever, I'm back now and time to get back to processing food.

Thin skinned white potatoes, third dinner for these great plants, shoulda planted more.

Sweet heirloom tomatoes sliced up, put in vinegar for a nice appetizer

Kale sliced up with olive oil and garlic, mixed with the potatoes.
