Boiled in vinegar for half an hour covered.
HOLY HOT SAUCE, this stuff is great!!!

Instructions-

cayenne peppers
vinegar
habanero peppers
jalapeno peppes
garlic

lots of cayenne peppers in a pot on the stove. Enough vinegar to cover them. Half a head of garlic, three jalapeños, seven habanero peppers.

Cover and low boil for half an hour. Blend thoroughly for several minutes then back into the pot for a slow simmering.

Each batch I made made about half a gallon of hot sauce. Store in a container with an opening at least half an inch wide so the sauce can be squeezed out more easily.

So so cool that you can make your own!!!

Be really careful eating this stuff! I was sweating heavily just making it.

PS- 10-28-17:

Turns out that I use this sauce at almost every meal. It’s HOT but not too hot to eat.
